1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Eligible Products

Returns are applicable on most products unless specifically marked as “Non-returnable” due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons (e.g., personal care items, innerwear, made-to-order items).

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or beyond the return window will not be eligible.
3. Return Process

Provide order details and reason for return.

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

The returned item will undergo a quality check before refund/exchange is processed.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or wallet credit.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or item (subject to availability), you may raise an exchange request instead of a return.

Exchanges are processed free of cost for the first time (within the return window).
6. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Returns requested beyond 7 days of delivery.

Products without original tags, invoice, or packaging.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, alteration, or improper care.
