How Often Should You Wash Your Jeans?

The honest answer: much less often than most people think. Unlike a T-shirt, jeans don't sit directly against sweat-heavy areas all day, and over-washing is one of the fastest ways to fade colour and weaken denim fibres.
For everyday wear without heavy activity, every 4–5 wears is a reasonable interval. If you've been sweating heavily, spent the day outdoors, or picked up a visible stain, wash sooner — spot-cleaning a small mark is often enough to avoid a full wash altogether.
Hang your jeans out to air between wears rather than tossing them straight in the hamper. This lets moisture evaporate and odours dissipate, which is most of what a "quick wash" is actually solving for.
